BASH BEAUTY BAR WEDDING POLICIES

• Please have everyone come with a clean face with no makeup or skincare products on the skin.  The makeup artist will provide everything needed for the makeup to stay on all day/night.

• If client has anything on their face, there is no guarentee the makeup will stay on all day/night.  To minimize breakdown of makeup, client(s) should not rub, wipe, or touch their face once makeup has been applied.  Any makeup added by client(s) after completion of makeup application will void the makeup artist's responsibility for satisfaction.

• All brushes, tools and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application.

• Please advise makeup artist of any allergies prior to the start of the makeup application.  Client agrees to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

• Be sure your bridesmaids bring a lipstick to touch up with throughout the day.  Lipstick applications provided by the artist will not last all day.

• Please note that providing your own lashes and/or makeup will not affect the service price.  Prices will remain the same.

• If tattoo or tan line coverage is needed or wanted on the body, an additional cost will be added at makeup artist's discretion.

• Makeup will be completed to the client's satisfaction and acceptance of the completed makeup application is acknowledgment of approval by the client at the completion of makeup.

• Everyone should come with dry, clean hair.  Should anyone have wet hair, we cannot guarantee completion in a timely manner.

• Bash Beauty Bar does not carry blow dryers with them.  Should a blow out for short hair be requested, please contact Bash Beauty Bar as soon as possible to confirm a blow dryer.

• Payments can be made through Venmo or cash.

• A schedule will be made by Bash Beauty Bar one week prior to wedding date and given to bride to allow for on-time completion.

• The client agrees to allow Bash Beauty Bar to take before and after photos to use for promotional and advertising purposes on her website and social media and other promotional materials.

• Travel fees will be added accordingly.  Anything further than a 20 mile radius from 08094 will be $1.00 per mile both ways per artist.

• All tolls and parking fees will be paid for by the client if applicable for each artist.

• Cancellation within 2 weeks of wedding date is subject to a $300 cancellation fee.

• Pictures are helpful for reference.  Please keep in mind that everything you see on social media is not reality.  Your makeup artist will help advise to determine what is best for your facial features.

• A "set up" work area will be required with chairs, tables and electrical outlets with adequate lighting.

• Every effort will be made to please the client.  Functionality will always be placed ahead of aesthetics and logic ahead of risk.  If the client finds it necessary to interfere with the ability to provide the service, the artist is no longer obligated to stay for remainder of the service.  The artist's expectation is that the client will at all times remain polite and respectful, as the artist will be professional in rendering services and ensuring the success of the client's event.  If the artist feels that the client(s) has any open facial wounds or a skin condition that could be infected or unsanitary, she has the right ti refuse service to the client.  Any client(s) showing signs of contagious/communicable disease, illness, parasites or fungus will not receive service(s).  If the artist feels uncomfortable, sexually harassed or verbally abused in any way, she will have the right to leave the premises without completing services.

COVID-19

At Bash Beauty Bar, your safety along with the safety of our team are of the upmost importance to us.  We are taking all the necessary precautions to keep you and our team safe.  We are and will continue to clean and sanitize everything in our space and our kits between clients along with our updated, more vigorous cleaning schedule.

Masks will now be optional with all guests while services are being performed.  We respect everyone's choice, guests and artists, to choose to wear a mask or not.  As the client, if you would prefer your service providers to wear a mask, let Bash Beauty Bar know and all artists will wear a face covering.  Bash Beauty Bar will not ask any clients to disclose their vaccination status.

 

**If masks are required at the venue, the artist will not be responsible for the wear and breakdown of makeup due to friction and moisture.
